In 1917 the US ARMY began gathering statistics on human characteristics to determine who would and would not make a good soldier. Studies since then have shown that 3 characteristics tend to occur in a Cluster and individuals tend to either have all three or none of them. Those human characteristics are:
.
· Higher average IQ score
· Being less violent
· Works well in teams
.
There is a Federal Law in the US that prohibits any branch of the Military from accepting an application for employment from someone until after they have completed an IQ Test. Canada does not have a similar law however seeking employment in the Canadian Armed Forces is first asked to complete an IQ Test.
.
An IQ score of 83 or higher is key. It is commonly assumed that individuals with an IQ score lower than 83 will have a difficult time maintaining steady employment in a country with an advanced Western Economy. You can safely assume that factors such as Intelligence play an important part in the Immigration selection processes of most Western countries. Irregular emigration bypasses these safeguards and refugees in particular are not subject to such testing.
.
There are two important aspects to this issue. Firstly, is it fair to existing citizens to accept individuals as immigrants who have a poor chance of ever being able to support themselves and their families, in a country with an Advanced Western Economy? Secondly, is it fair to the immigrant to accept them into such a country without explaining the likely consequences?

.
I have attached below three charts of about 30 countries each, entitled High of 100, High of 90, and High of 80. Keep the following in mind.
.
· IQ Scores follow Bell Curves with significant variations at both the high and low ends.
· Children tend to have IQ scores within 7 points, higher or lower than their parents.
.
These numbers are IMPORTANT because the average Per Capita GDP of countries aligns very closely with their average IQ Scores. Decisions have consequences that can last for centuries.

Interesting perspective...
On many levels, the Canadian and American education systems have deteriorated. In my opinion, that was the predicted plan. Many children and youth are told what to think and how to think. The idea of critical thinking, along with the scientific method are pushed to the wayside. In this day and time, taking information at face value and as truth happens to be a dangerous prospect. Many people are also lack the skills to live if things run amuck. This knowledge would be invaluable.
