TORONTO ANTIHATE.CA and ANTIFA - Part 1

Rick Boswick is a Conservative photojournalist from Ottawa. He was present during the so-called Eaton’s Centre Riot in June 2019. The events of that day are described below.

· A group of 80 – 90 people attended an Immigration related event hosted by PEGIDA CANADA across the street from the US Consulate on University Blvd in Toronto.
· At the same time Toronto’s annual Pride Parade was being held a few blocks from there on Yonge Street.
· Kevin Metcalf a well-known member of ANTIFA posted a message on the Internet stating that people who attended an LGBT-related event at Gage Park a week earlier in Hamilton were at the Immigration related event.
· A crowd of between 500 and 700 people left the parade on Yonge Street and joined the 200 counter-protesters on University.
· Toronto police had kettled the PEGIDA protesters so they were initially unable to leave.
· When it became clear that Toronto Police would not be able to contain the mixed group of LGBT and largely Muslim counter-protesters, they allowed the PEGIDA-led group to leave the location.
· That group walked North to Dundas Street West and then eastward from there to the Eaton’s Centre.
· A group of 500 to 600 of the mixed LGBT – Muslim – ANTIFA group followed them, and as they did they passed a pile of several hundred fist-sized chunks of brick on Dundas West between Centre Street and Chestnut Street.

NOTE: Leaving piles of bricks and stones such as that at protest locations is a well-recognized ANTIFA tactic.

Kevin Metcalf’s presence on Dundas West during these events was captured in a short video that shows him trying to use some construction fencing to block the path of the departing PEGIDA protesters. A Toronto cop ends that attempt by knocking Kevin Metcalf on his A$$.

· The mixed LGBT–Muslim–ANTIFA group began their attack on Dundas West just East of Chestnut Street.
· I know that at least one of the PEGIDA protesters was hit in the back of the head by a chunk of brick, thrown from about 20 feet away within the LGBT-Muslim-ANTIFA group. I was the one hit.
· After being hit with the piece of brick I was knocked of my feet and then punched and kicked 50 – 100 times. A permanent scar on my face is the proof of that.
· A second person (Big Ed) was hit from behind by a two footed flying kick in the mid-back.
· Numerous others were attacked.
· Two reports were filed with 52nd Division of the Toronto Police.
· Det-Sargent Sean Amos of 52nd Division VOLUNTEERED to handle the investigation.

Note how all of this began as an Immigration related issue, and then due to the involvement of ANTIHATE.CA and ANTIFA, quickly expanded to include LGBT and Muslim topics.

The 51st and 52nd Divisions of the Toronto Police Service are the two stations in Downtown Toronto closest to the city’s Gay Village. Because of that they have an unusually large number of Gay and Lesbian officers. I think it is fair to say that there is a considerable amount of LGBT peer pressure at those police stations.

During the next 2 – 3 months I followed up with 52nd Division on the filed police reports a number of times. On one occasion someone who described himself as being Det-Sargent Sean Amos’ boss, told me that Sean constantly reviews the videos provided. My impression was that he was being sarcastic. No updates were ever reported. It does seem as though after volunteering to take over the investigation, Sean Amos did little other than sit on it.

OK, now fast-forward to 2023. Well known PostMedia journalist Jonathan Kay was sued for claiming that the Toronto-based ANTIHATE.CA organization had links to ANTIFA. ANTIHATE.CA lost that case when the judge agreed that Jonathan Kay was correct. Return now to March 2021 and see how ANTIHATE.CA documented a subsequent court case, where subsequent to the Eatons Centre ‘riot’ Kevin Melcalf accused Rick Boswick of threatening him.

Note carefully that I was mentioned in the above ANTIHATE article. A second person mentioned was Ed Jamnisec, who was the other individual attacked by by the LGBT-Muslim-ANTIFA group on Dundas Street West. Rick Boswick was the third.

In February 2019, I attended the so-called Campaign Audit Hearing of FAITH GOLDY at Toronto City Hall. Rick Boswick and Ed Jamnisec also attended that hearing. Faith had described this event as nothing more than a Fishing Trip, an attempt to target those who had supported her Oct 2018 Toronto Mayoral Campaign. I must admit that I was the only one who brought a Fishing Rod to the event. The attacks on Ed and myself were rather trivial compared to those that have ($$$) targeted Faith Goldy.

On January 9th Justin Trudeau visited with Toronto’s newest Chief of Police. As you know from events surrounding the TRUCKER’S CONVOY, Justin has always insisted that he would NEVER involve himself in police matters. So this must have just been a Pep Talk about the current state of HAMAS-ISRAELI affairs, right ???

At 2 AM on January 11th 2024, I received a visit from two police officers. They were from the local 14th Division and were very polite. They presented me with Arrest papers drawn-up by Detective Tom Ubereholz (#99681) of 52nd Division. Those papers ordered me to visit 52nd Division for finger printing on February 26th, and to attend a Court Session on March 11th 2024 where presumably a trial date will be set.

The charge is ‘Utter death or bodily harm CC 264.1(1)(a)’. The only hint provided regarding this matter is that it contains a condition that I must not ‘Go to any protest or demonstration involving HAMAS’.

SUMMARY

So that’s where things stand at the moment. I have no idea what-so-ever what this is really about, but you can be quite certain that I never threatened anyone. It does seem very likely that this is just another instance of LAWFARE, a practice that is becoming all too common in Canada.

Ø I am a retired IT Consultant and one of the very few Canadians who has held a Green Card, that allowed me to work in the US as well as in Canada.
Ø As a Network and Security technical architect, I worked on contract at RCMP Headquarters in Ottawa for 2 years (1999 – 2001).
Ø The one thing I did of note while working on that contract, was write a report telling them what I’m sure they already knew. Specifically, it said that they could implement their CPIC RENEWAL PROJECT using the quickly emerging networking Internet Protocol, and ignore the advice provided them by INTERPOL and external support staff.
Ø I’m not the sort to threaten people.

I expect that this will become very obvious, as it is dragged through the courts for years to come. The one impact that it will have is, that odd condition that was stated above. Here’s why …

· About 15 years ago the STATE of IRAN legislated a new holiday, and named it Al-Quds Day.
· Al-Quds is the Arabic name for Jerusalem.
· Note that Al-Quds or Jerusalem is not mentioned even once in the Qur’an.
· It was mentioned in a Hadith written about 200 years after Mohammad’s death.
· Islam and the Qur’an does not describe miracles, and in fact it often describes them as the Work of the Devil.
· None-the-less that Hadith describes a Miracle whereby upon Mohammad’s death he has magically transported hundreds of miles across the Arabian desert over-night, to the Temple Mount in Jerusalem, where he ascended to Heaven and spoke with Jesus, Abraham, and Moses.
· That assertion is the basis of all Muslim claims on Jerusalem, Judea, and Samaria.

Al-Quds Day Parade

Most typically in April or May, annual Al Quds Day Parades are now held world-wide. I’ve joined several as a Counter Protestor, the last time being about two years ago.

Canadians hear of these parades and assume that they are Religious in nature. There are not, they are 100% Political, Jew-Hate Fests that provide Muslims with the opportunity to assert that ISLAM will one day DOMINATE the WORLD.
